- Chicken liver(cubed) - 500 g
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 7 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Small onions/shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Cinnamom(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
- Cloves(Grambu) - 5 nos
- Bay leaf - 1 no
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spicy chicken liver dry fry, blend together turmeric powder, dry red chillies, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf to a fine powder.
- Then blend in the wet ingredients- shallots, vinegar and tomato to a fine paste.
- Marinate the chicken liver with the above paste and dry powder mixture for 1/2 an hour.
- Add the marinated chicken liver in a vessel and allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.
- Drizzle a little coconut oil when it becomes dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy chicken liver dry fry is ready. Serve hot with bread.
