Ingredients
- Chicken neck(cleaned and chopped) - 500 g
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 100 g
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) -
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spicy chicken neck, heat coconut oil in a vessel over medium flame.
- Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
- Toss in the tomatoes and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.
- Spicy chicken neck is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, chappathi, etc.
