Instructions
For preparing spicy chicken, powder the dry
red chillies
in the mixy. Keep it aside.
Grind onions,
tomato
,
green chillies
,
ginger
and
garlic
to a fine paste.
Heat
oil
in a vessel and sautT the dry red chilly powder.
Add in the
onion
paste and fry till the
oil
separates.
Then add in the chicken pieces,
garam masala
and
salt
. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid.
When the chicken is cooked, add in
tomato
sauce and coriander leaves. Mix it well and remove it from the flame.
Spicy chicken is ready. Serve hot.
