- Duck(cubed) - 1k g
- Onion(finely sliced, big) - 3 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Cumin powder(Jerakkam podi) - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Red chilly paste(dry red chillies soaked in vinegar) - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Green cardamom(powdered) - 5 nos
- Fennel seeds(crushed) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In pressure cooker heat oil, add in mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Then add in the red chilly paste with the duck and tomatoes on low flame until it becomes light brown. Remove the duck pieces and keep it aside.
- Then add in the coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, fennel seeds, pepper powder, green cardamom powder and turmeric powder. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy duck dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
