Ingredients
- Mutton(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(finely chopped) - 4 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(pounded) - 1/2 tsp
- garlic(pounded) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spicy garam masala mutton, in a pressure cooker add in turmeric powder, salt and mutton with required water. Allow it to cook. Remove the mutton only and keep it aside.
- Fry the cooked mutton in coconut oil and remove it.
- In the same coconut oil fry in onions, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves for 2 minutes.
- Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Toss in the fried mutton, mix it and allow it to simmer till it becomes dry.
- Sprinkle in pepper powder and garam masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy garam masala mutton is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, porotta¦s etc.
