  1. Cut the vegetables into medium sized pieces . Make a paste with lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garlic paste, oil and required salt. Apply this mixture on vegetables and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Arrange the vegetables in skewers and grill on high heat till the vegetables are done.
