Ingredients
- Pearl spot fish(Karimeen) - 2 nos
For Gravy:
- Onion - 2 nos
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 5-10 nos
- Ginger(Garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato - 1 no
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Banana leaves(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Clean karimeen and remove its outer skin and slit on one side and put some marks on the fish so that the masala enters inside.
- Grind the 1st set of ingredients into a smooth paste and apply that on the fish and stuff the masala inside also.
- Deep fry this fish in oil.
- Cut all the ingredients in 2nd set.
- Add tomato till it becomes to a smooth gravy. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and curry leaves and saute for 1 minute. Make it dry.
- Now take the banana leaf and show it in low flame to make it smooth.
- Turn it both the sides and fry for 10 minutes.
- Same way wrap the 2nd fish also and fry it.
