Crabs with other ingredients - Spicy Masala Crab Curry

Ingredients
- Crabs(cleaned) - 1 kg
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Ginger(garlic pate - 1 tbsp) -
- Coconut milk powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom pods - 5 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add pepper powder, cardamom pods, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder and turmeric powder.
- Then add the green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame, stirring constantly.
- Toss in the crabs and mix well. Cover and allow it to cook on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Allow it to simmer until the water evaporates and remove it from the flame.
- Spicy masala crab is ready. Serve hot.
