- Mushrooms(cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Potato(peeled, cubed and boiled, small) - 1 no
- Green peas(cooked) - 1/4 cup
- Canned sweet corn(drained) - 1/4 cup
- Grated cheese - 1/4 cup

- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs

Instructions
- For preparing spicy mushroom omelet, heat oil in pan and sautT onion, mushrooms, cumin powder, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, potato, green peas, tomato, corn, salt and pepper powder till the water is absorbed completely.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and allow it to cook on low flame. Cover until the bottom layer is brown.
- Turn the omelet over and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place it under a hot grill and cook until the eggs set and the cheese has melted.
- Spicy mushroom omelet is ready. Serve hot.
