For preparing spicy pork dry fry, blend cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns, turmeric powder and chilly powder to a fine powder. Keep it aside.
Then blend the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the ground paste till the oil separates.
Then add in the ground masala powder and sautT for 2 minutes on low flame.
Toss in the pork and mix it well for 3 minutes on low flame.
Pour in required water and allow it to cook with a closed lid.
