  • Pork(cleaned and chopped) – 1/2kg
  • Onion(chopped, big) – 1no
  • Tomato(chopped) – 1no
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1/2tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) – 1inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) – 4nos
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Pepper corns – 1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1tbsp
  • Ginger(chopped) – 1/2inch
  • garlic 7cloves
  • Vinegar – 1 1/2tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing spicy pork dry fry, blend cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns, turmeric powder and chilly powder to a fine powder. Keep it aside.
  2. Then blend the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the ground paste till the oil separates.
  4. Then add in the ground masala powder and sautT for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Toss in the pork and mix it well for 3 minutes on low flame.
  6. Pour in required water and allow it to cook with a closed lid.
  7. Allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
  8. Spicy pork dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
