  1. For preparing the spicy dish, first boil water in a pan.
  2. Add required salt.
  3. Pour the boiling water into the rice flour. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Let the mixture thicken.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool a bit.
  6. The mixture should be smooth.
  7. Pluck out small balls.
  8. Roll with your palm.
  9. :- Apply a little oil on your hands while doing so.
  10. Steam the rice balls in a steamer for five minutes or until done. Apply a little oil on the steamer plates inside so that the dough will not stick to the bottom.
