Spicy Shallot Chicken
Spicy shallot chicken is a thick and semi dry gravy done with the paste of onion and spices. The chicken is marinated with tomato ,green chilli, and other spices for half an hour and then cooked. The shallot paste is added to the chicken and the gravy is made semi dry which best suits for rotis and rice.

  1. marinate chicken with tomato , green chilli. red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt
  2. grind shallots and make a paste
  3. saute that paste in oil and keep aside.
  4. separately in pan cook the marinated chicken
  5. when half cooked add shallot paste
  6. add water and salt , cook till it becomes dry and serve.
