Instructions
- For preparing spicy-sweet dipping sauce, in a mud pot boil the vinegar and sugar till it dissolves.
- Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame and remove it from the flame.
- Toss in the red pepper flakes and mix well. Allow it to cool.
- Spicy-sweet dipping sauce is ready. Serve with dumplings or anything else. (you could store it up to 2 days in the refrigerator)
