Spicy Tandoori Masala
this is different and an unique recipe. this is too spicy and yummy to taste.

  • Chicken(breast and thigh ) – 1kg
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Red chili flakes – 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Curd – 1cup
  • Oil for greasing –
  • Foil sheet for baking tray –
  1. In plate, add all ingredients and mix well except oil and curd
  2. Add curd and mix well
  3. Now apply to chicken
  4. Now marinate for 4 hours or over night
  5. Now pre heat oven for 10 minutes and Now in tray place foil sheet and place chicken, brush oil and bake for 20 minutes in oven
  6. Now remove from oven and turn other side. drain excess water and brush oil and bake for 10 minutes
  7. Now Change to grill mode. cook for 10 minutes and serve hot with tandoori dip
