Spicy & Tasty Kerala Lemon Pickle
Simple Lemon pickle at home
Lemon : 10 nos –
Mustard : 1 tsp –
Uluva ( fenugreek) : a pinch –
chilly powder 1 tsp –
:2 tsp –
Vinegar : 2 tsp –
to taste –
Boil the lemon with
for 20 minutes.
Then remove the
fully mix it with 1 tsp
if needed, close it and keep aside for 2 days.
After 2 days , heat a pan add sesame
when it gets hot add mustard and uluva and when it splutters .
in to it.
Stir for 2 minutes then off the flame.
Add chilly powder in to it and stir for 3 minutes.
Add this mixture in to the lemon .
Then stir it well and add vinegar on upper side of the pickle.
We can keep the pickle in a box or bottle.
