Ingredients
Milk

Sugar
(As reqd) –
Cinnamon(powdered, Karugapatta) –

sticks
Cloves
(powdered, Grambu) –

Peppercorns(crushed) –

Cardamom
(crushed, Elakka) –
5
nos
Ginger
(crushed) –

inch
basil leaves
(Tulasi) –
3
leaves
Tea powder –
2
tsp
Water
–
1 1/2
cups
Instructions
For preparing spicy tea, boil
water
in a vessel with cinnamon powder,
cloves
powder,
cardamom
,
ginger
,
basil leaves
and add tea powder. Allow it to boil for 2 minutes
Pour in the
milk
and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
Strain the tea and add
sugar
. Mix it well.
Spicy tea is ready. Serve immediately.
