Ingredients
Rice Sevai / iddiyappam –

Onion

Mint and coriander –

Instructions
Chop
onion
and grind
tomato
and chop mint , coriander
In hot
water
put rice sevai and drain after 10 min and keep aside.
In pan add
oil
and
onion
saute well.
Then add green chili and
ginger
garlic
paste cook for 2 mins.
Add coriander and mint.
Then add
tomato
puree and cook in low flame
Add all powder and mix it well and cook up to raw smell goes.
Now add rice sevai and combine all well and cook for 2 mins. and turn off the flame
Now Spicy
Tomato
Sevai is ready to serve.
