  1. Wash spinach and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  3. Add garlic, ginger to it and fry for a second.
  4. Add small onions and fry for a minute.
  5. Add the spinach and stir well.
  6. Allow the spinach to cook well.
  7. After 2 minutes when the spinach is cooked well switch off the gas and allow it to cool.
  8. Add salt and give a quick blend in the mixie.
  9. :- Serve with rice.
