  1. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilli and.saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped and clean spinach to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds,onion and chilly in a mixer.
  4. Add this ground mix to the pan add salt and mix well together and stir for 2 minutes in slow flame.
  5. Add corn and chilli powder to this stir for a minute.
  6. Add turmeric powder also and stir until water gets compleatly dried.
  7. Now Spinach corn thoran is ready
