Ingredients
Spinach
/Cheera(chopped) –

Grated
Coconut

1/2

Oil

Mustard –

Urad dal –

Cumin seeds

cooked corn –

tsp
Chilli powder

Turmeric powder

Instructions
Heat
oil
in a kadai add
mustard seeds
.When mustards splutters add red chilli and.saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped and clean
spinach
to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Grind grated
coconut
,
cumin seeds
,
onion
and chilly in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to the pan add
salt
and mix well together and stir for 2 minutes in slow flame.
Add corn and
chilli powder
to this stir for a minute.
Add
turmeric powder
also and stir until
water
gets compleatly dried.
Now
