Ingredients
- Split green gram(Cherupayar parippu) - 5 tbsp
- Tuvar dal(Tuvara parippu) - 5 tbsp
- Orange lentils - 5 tbsp
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
- Green peas - 4 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing split green gram soup, soak split green gram, tuvar dal and orange lentils in water for one hour.
- Cook split green gram, tomatoes, garlic, tuvar dal, green peas and orange lentils with required water in a pressure cooker.
- Blend it and keep aside.
- Heat butter in pan on low flame.
- Sprinkle required pepper powder.
- Split green gram soup is ready. Serve immediately.
