Basmathi rice –

Garam masala

Ghee

Instructions
In pan add
oil
and temper jeera and add
garlic
and in mean time soak rice for 10 mins
Now add chopped
onion
and saute well
Now add green chili and saute well
Now add rice and mix well. stir excess
water
drain
Now add
garam masala
powder mix well and
salt
Now add
water
1 : 1.5 bring to boil and close lid till rice cook well
Now add chopped green
spring onion
mix well and close lid for 2 mins and turn off
Now its ready to serve
