Ingredients
  • sprouted field bean / avarakka 1/4 cup –
  • sprouted green bean / pacha payur 1/4 cup –
  • sprouted horse gram/ kollu 1/4 cup –
  • sprouted cow pea / tatta payur 1/4 cup –
  • onion 1 –
  • Carrot 1 –
  • coconut 1/4 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Pepper : 1 tsp –
  • lime 1/2 –
Instructions
  1. chop the onion, grate the carrot and coconut
  2. mix all the sprouted gram in bowl
  3. add onion carrot and coconut mix it
  4. take lime juice from lime
  5. add salt, pepper and lime juice well
  6. sprouted gram salad is ready
