  • Sprouted Green Gram 1cup
  • Green chili – 2
  • Mint(small hand) –
  • Besan flour – 2tblsp
  • Cooking Soda – 1/4tsp
  • Salt(as taste) –
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Sesame seed – 1tsp
  1. In a blender Add gram, chili, mint and grind well
  2. Now add besan flour and mix well without lumps
  3. Now add salt, mix well and rest for 10 mins
  4. Now grease dokhla pale or small flat bowl and pour mixture
  5. Steam for 15 mins and temper with sesame seeds and cut
