Ingredients
  • green gram a handful –
  • ragi a handful –
  • pepper 1/2 sp –
  • jeera powder 1/2 sp –
  • Salt
  • butter milk 1 cup –
Instructions
  1. soak green gram and ragi for 8 hrs
  2. sprout it for 8 hrs
  3. cook both together in a cooker
  4. grind the cooked sprouts
  5. add pepper salt and jeera powder to it
  6. mix butter milk and serve
