Very tasty and crispy starter. Very easy to make.

  • Squid( cut into thin rounds) – 250g
  • Maida – 50g
  • White pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil(for deep fry) –
  1. Take thin round squid in a vessel and add all other items in it.mix well without adding water
  2. Heat oil and add squid rings one by one . Carefully separate each rings and deep fry.
  3. Fry till it becomes golden brown. Now it is ready to serve as a starter with mayonnaise or tomato sauce or any other sauce. I use home made coleslaw use with it. Very yummy.
