Ingredients
- Squid(cleaned and chopped) - 10 nos
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- SautT for 2 minutes on low flame till the onions become transparent.
- Add the curry leaves and squids.
- Pour enough water and allow the squids to cook.
- Allow the gravy to dry completely.
- Add the coriander leaves and pepper powder. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
