Instructions
For preparing steamed chicken in hot
garlic
sauce, first prick chicken with knife.
Rub chicken with olive
oil
,
salt
, pepper,
garam masala
and oyster sauce.
Steam the chicken in steamer or do in rice cooker.
When done place the chicken in serving plate.(Slice it if u want)
Heat pan, fry
garlic
,
onion
,
green chillies
.
Add vinegar,
tomato
sauce, hot chilly sauce and little pepper.
Mix chicken stock in corn flour.
Add this to the gravy and thicken it.
Pour this sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
