Instructions
  1. Cook the chicken by adding pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute well. Then add chopped onion into it and cook for 4 minutes on a low flame, Now add turmeric powder, pepper powder and saute for another few seconds.

  3. Add the shredded chicken, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt into it. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. The filling is ready.

  4. Mix rice flour with water and salt as required to make a smooth dough. Knead the dough and make it into a soft ball.

  5. Take some dough and make a small ball out of it ( like for chapathi ). Divide it into two portions. Roll it out into two thick pathiris. Place filling at the center of a pathiri and place another rolled out pathiri over it and gently press the edges together. Steam cook it for 25 minutes.

  6. Cut pathiri into small pieces. Serve hot. Tasty Steamed Chicken Pathiri is ready.
