- Coconut shells(small) - 2 shells
- Bonless beef(cooked and shredded) - 4 cups
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Gram masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- White poppy seeds - 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tsp
- Peanuts(roasted) - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 6 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing steamed coconut shells, clean the shells well.
- Add the coriander powder and cumin seeds. Saute for some time on low flame.
- Then add the poppy seeds, sesame seeds and grated coconut. Saute for 1 minute. Allow it to cool and then grind the spices with a little water to make a coarse paste.
- Steam it for 5 minutes and remove it.
- Steamed coconut shells are ready. Remove the mixture from the shell and serve hot with rice as a side dish.
