Potato
(boiled and mashed) –

milk

milk

powder(A pinch) –

Coconut oil

Mustard seeds

Pearl onions(cut into pieces, Kunjulli) –

(Jeerakam) –

Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add
cumin seeds
, chopped small onions,
green chillies
and
curry leaves
.
When the onions turn golden brown, add the mashed potatoes.
Add the second extract or thin
coconut
milk
.
Add a pinch of
garam masala
powder and
salt
.
Allow it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the first extract or the thick
coconut
milk
.
Before it starts to boil, switch off the flame.
Sprinkle some
pepper powder
and mix well.
