Stewed Apricots With Shrikhand
Stewed apricots in flavoured Shrikhand
Thick yogurt(800 gms) –
Dried apricots/ ready to eat(cut in to small pieces) –
(a generous pinch) –

Tie the yogurt in a muslin cloth over night and allow the
