Ingredients
- Whole strawberries(cut the top part only) - 8 cups
- Caster sugar - 125 g
- Almond meal - 25 g
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 125 g
- Butter(room temperature) - 75 g
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Almond flakes - 1/2 cup
- Strawberries(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Whipped cream(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing strawberry crumble, in a baking tray, spread the whole strawberries.
- On top of it sprinkle caster sugar and almond meal. Keep it aside.
- In a bowl, rub in maida along with butter with our hands to get a crumbly texture.
- Add in brown sugar, baking powder and almond flakes. Mix it gently with your hands.
- Spread the above mix on top of the strawberries and bake it in an oven on 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
- Strawberry crumble is ready. Serve with chopped strawberries and whipped cream.
