- Bottle gourd - 1 no
- Bonless chicken(cooked and shredded) - 1 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Gram masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- White poppy seeds - 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tsp
- Peanuts(roasted) - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 6 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed bottle gourd, clean the bottle gourd inside and chop it into 1 inch pieces.
- Add the coriander powder and cumin seeds. Saute for some time on low flame.
- Then add the poppy seeds, sesame seeds and grated coconut. Saute for 1 minute. Allow it to cool and then grind the spices with a little water to make a coarse paste.
- Mix the shredded chicken, curry leaves, coriander leaves, peanuts, chilly powder and salt into the spice paste.
- Stuff each bottle gourd with the chicken mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the stuffed bottle gourd on low flame.
- Stuffed bottle gourd is ready. Serve hot.
