- Boneless Chicken(cooked and shredded) - 4 cups
- Capsicum - 8 nos
- Butter - 50 g
- Green peas - 50 g
- Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
- Onions - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves - 2 bunches
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed capsicum with chicken, boil the potatoes and green peas separately till cooked.
- Peel and mash the potatoes. Add in the boiled peas, chopped onions, shredded chicken, pepper powder, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Cut the capsicums head and remove the seeds.
- Stuff the mixture into the capsicums and place them in a greased pan with open side up.
- Put melted butter and a portion of the bread crumbs on top of each of the capsicums. Grill for about 10-15 minutes with burner on low flame.
- Stuffed capsicum with chicken is ready. Serve hot.
