- Crabs(boiled and shelled)keep the crab shell) - 8 nos
- Spring onions(chopped) - 200 g
- Cheese(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
- Crab stock - 250 ml
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Butter - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed crab shell, heat butter in a pan and sautT spring onions till light brown.
- Add the crab meat, one tablespoon of cheese, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, tomato puree, stock and salt. Allow it to cook till done.
- Stuff the four shells with the crab meat mixture and sprinkle curry leaves.
- Bake the stuffed shells in a hot oven for 2 minutes.
- Stuffed crab shells are ready. Serve hot.
