- Duck(whole) - 1 kg
- Potatoes(peeled and quartered) - 900 g
- Carrots(peeled and cubed) - 1 cup
- Mushrooms(chopped) - 500 g
- Parsley(chopped) - 8 springs
- Butter - 90 g
- Bread(finely cubed) - 60 g
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing stuffed duck with potatoes, preheat the oven at 220 degrees celsius. 3)Heat 20g of butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, parsley, carrots and bread on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Mix well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
- Stuff the duck with the filling. Seal the duck with a ball of grease proof paper.
- Put the duck in a baking dish and coat it with 20 grams of butter and pepper powder. Bake it in the oven till done.
- When the duck is done, arrange the potatoes around it and add knobs of the remaining butter. Bake it for another 35 minutes.
- Stuffed duck with potatoes is ready. Serve hot.
