Ingredients
- Potatoes(cut into 2 halves breath wise) - 6 nos
- Boneless Chicken(cooked and shredded) - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cauliflower(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom(powdered, Elakka) - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Allow the potatoes to cool and scoop out the centre portion of the potato with a spoon.
- Sprinkle in the garam masala, cardamom, shredded chicken, salt and pepper powder. Allow it to cook on low flame till the veggies are done. Allow it to cool.
- Fill each of the scooped potato halves with the above chicken filling.
- Wrap each of the stuffed potatoes with aluminum foil and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
- Stuffed skinned potatoes is ready. Remove the aluminum foil and serve hot.
