  • Tomatoes – 7nos
  • Onion(chopped) – 1no
  • Butter – 1tbsp
  • Celery(sliced) – 2tbsp
  • Bread(crushed) – 1slice
  • Grated cheese – 3/4cup
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Water(As reqd) –
  • Coriander leaves – 2tsp
  1. For preparing stuffed tomato, cut the top of the tomato and scoop the flesh and keep the lid.
  2. Fry onion, celery, pepper and the flesh of tomato in butter.
  3. When the water drains, add the bread pieces and the grated cheese to it.
  4. Fill this masala inside the tomato and close it with the tomato sliced lid.
  5. Cook it in a steamer for 25 minutes.
  6. Stuffed tomato is ready.
