Ingredients
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(grated) - 3 nos
- Baby Corn(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(peeled and chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum(de-seeded and chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Cucumber(peeled, deseeded and chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Jaggery(grated, Sharkara) - 1 tbsp
- basil leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Celery(chopped) - 2 spings
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Lime juice - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Add in garlic, baby corn, carrot, capsicum, celery, basil leaves and soya sauce. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Sweet and sour veggie salad is ready. Serve immediately.
