Instructions
For preparing sweet rice balls, caramelize the
jaggery
and strain it.
Mix soda powder, rice powder and
salt
.
Mix well. Add
cardamom
, cashew nut, groundnut paste,
coconut
and
banana
.
Add the
jaggery
and smooth batter.
Keep the batter for 4 hours.
Pour it in unniappa chatti and fry it. Sweet rice balls are ready.
