Ingredients
  • Bulgur wheat(cracked) – 1/2cup
  • Fresh Parsley(chopped) – 1cup
  • Scallions(chopped) – 4nos
  • Fresh mint(chopped) – 3sprigs
  • Garlic pods(crushed) – 1no
  • Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil 1tbsp
  • Tomato(diced, medium) – 2nos
  • Lemon juice – 1no
  • Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning –
  • Sea salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Bring water to boil and then switch off the heat.
  2. Put the washed bulgur wheat in boiling water for 20 minutes and then strain.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients and toss well.
  4. Add bulgur wheat.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hrs.
