Tapioca Vada- Kappa Vada
Tapioca vada is crispy and very yummy vadas. This is a crispy savory that best suits for tea time. Tapioca vada or kappa vada is all time favorite and rich in proteins and fiber. The raw tapioca is grated and mixed with onions , hing and other ingredients and made to a dough. This dough is divided to small portions and ,flattened and deep fried.

Ingredients
  • tapioca 2 roots –
  • small onions 100 gms –
  • green chilly 1 –
  • red chilly 1 –
  • fennel seeds 1/2 sp –
  • ginger chopped 1 sp –
  • Rice flour : 1 cup –
  • Coriander : few –
  • curry leavess few –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Oil to deep fry –
Instructions
  1. grate tapioca
  2. add onion , green chilly, hing, red chilly ,ginger, soaked channa dal.
  3. add rice flour , curry leaves, coriander
  4. make a soft dough
  5. make small portions and flat it
  6. deep fry in oil and serve hot
