Ingredients
- Cabbage(finely chopped and boiled) - 1/4 kg
- Rice(soaked for 1 hour) - 2 cups
- Red chillies - 5 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery(powdered) - 1 small
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty cabbage dosa¦s, blend rice, red chillies, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and grated coconut with required water to a fine paste. Put it in a bowl.
- Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the cabbage mixture on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
- Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.
- Tasty cabbage dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
