Tasty Home Made Paneer Kadai
This is a delicious curry which is more seen in north indian restaurents.It is a good curry with rice and chappati. with rice and chapathi.It is a tasty dish.It is very easy to prepare.

  1. Heat butter in a kadai.
  2. Add cumin seeds,coriander powder,chili powder and turmeric powder saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add onion and capsicum saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Grind tomato ,chili,Onion in a mixer.
  5. Add this mix to kadai .add ginger garlic paste also. then wit for 2 minutes.
  6. In a kadai add some cumin seeds,pepper corns and red chili saute for a minute.
  7. Add kasturi methi leaves and grind it in a mixer and add this to kadai mix.
  8. Add paneer pieces to this and saute for 5 minutes.
  9. Add little more kasthuri methi and boil for 2 minutes.
  10. Add gram masala and 1/4 cup water and boil for 2 minutes.Now Tasty home made paneer kadai is ready to serve.
