- Chick Peas - 2 cups
- Tahini - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- garlic(minced) - 2 cloves
- Parsley(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty hummus, soak the chick peas in water over night and drain it.
- Blend the chick peas until smooth.
- Add in tahini, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, cumin seeds, paprika and salt. Blend it again well.
- If it is too thick pour a little water and mix it.
- Tasty hummus is ready. Serve with kuboos.
