- For preparing tasty lemon mousse, beat the yolks with sugar until it becomes pale yellow and fluffy.
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1 tbsp of hot water and mix with the lemon juice.
- Add the beaten yolks with the lemon rind and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold it gently into the yolk mixture.
- Spoon the mousse into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours till it sets.
- Once the mousse is set, decorate it with slices of seasonal fruits.
- Tasty lemon mousse is ready. Serve chilled.
