Instructions
- grind the shallot using a motor and pestle
- Add dried red chilly powder to shallots
- grind it well
- heat a pan
- Add oil when its hot
- add the grinded mixture to it
- sauté it well
- add tomato and curry leaves
- close the pan and wait until it gets cooked.
- our dish is ready to serve.
