Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, chilly powder and turmeric powder with a little water to form a smooth paste. Add it to the onion and allow it to cook.
- Then add the crabs to the above mixture with a little water and stir-fry till cooked.
- When the crabs are cooked, add the coriander leaves and stir-fry on a high flame to thicken the sauce.
- Tasty parsi crab curry is redy. Serve hot.
