- Boneless beef - 1 kg
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 1/4k g
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 inch
- garlic(chopped) - 20 cloves
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 6 nos
- Cinnamon(1 inch pieces, Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Garambu) - 8 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tbsp
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Pepper corns - 8 nos
- Dry red chillies - 10 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -

- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos

Instructions
- For preparing tasty shammi kebabas, take a bowl and add minced meat, gram flour, cloves, garlic, ginger, cardamoms, cinnamon, cumin seeds, onions, pepper corns, dry red chilly, salt and 2 cups of water. Cook till the meat is tender and the water evaporates. Allow it to cool.
- Grind the above cooked mixture. Put it in a bowl.
- Add eggs to the mixture and mix well.
- Shape into small flattened balls. Stuff it with finely chopped onions and green chilly.
- Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
- Tasty shammi kebabs are ready. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
