Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty srikhand, put the curd in a muslin cloth, tie it up and keep it overnight till all the water drains out.
  2. Squeeze out any remaining water the next day.
  3. Put it into a bowl.
  4. Add in the powdered sugar and powdered cardamom. Mix it well.
  5. Garnish with flaked pistachios.
  6. Tasty srikhand is ready.
